Experiencing growth challenges? Let SIG help you sort through them.
Like many second-stage business owners, you may be noticing systems that once served you well are now starting to show cracks or that you need new skills to continue growing profitably. As part of your Manufacturing Membership, the System for Integrated Growth® (SIG) provides guidance to shore up fundamental areas inside your company and help you grow.
Here's how it works:
It starts with a general assessment of your pain points impacting the company’s ability to continue growing profitably and helping it prepare for the future. Once those are identified, you will be assigned experts to help you address them.
Example pain points:
-
How to recruit, retain and develop talented employees
-
Financial management and understanding what your books are saying
-
Supply chain and operations challenges
-
Global competition
-
Succession Planning
-
Finding time to analyze competitors while addressing your sales and marketing process
